Will having a sub and amps fix my speaker problem?

when i play music louder on just my stock speakers the bass makes the voices crack, i can play it loud just when you get to high the vouices start to cut out, would buying a sub and amp fix this? i was told thaqt the sub draws the bass from the speakers and that would help? and it would be cheaper then buying 4 new speakers and an amp... thanks

  1. Yes. Your amp and sub with steal bass from the speakers that are running directly off of the cd player. But chances are, you'll want new speakers anyway once you start installing subs... :P

  3. It could but probably not if you have a aftermarket radio with them you can send most of your bass the the rear and less in front and the only way it will help your speakers if you bought a amp that you could hook into your speakers but on stock i wouldn't suggest
