Will having braces affect acting chances?!?

hi -- my friend and i are going to send in headshots and resumes to be considered in hollywood. but i hav to get braces soon, and my mom thinks its a waste to get invisalign. will having braces affect my chances? and what color would be less likely to affect the chances?
