  1. Not in particular. It creates drag and is equal to keeping your air conditioning on.


  2. i think the speed is 55... windows down up to 55 saves gas... over 55 the drag is to much and then it would be better to use air conditioning

  3. Only at higher speeds.    Aerodynamics doesn't come into play until you reach speeds over 55-60 for most vehicles.  

    In fact,   having the windows down lets built up heat exit the car without using the A/C (and fuel)  when just starting out in the summertime.
