Will he get taller by eighth grade?

Question

My crush is shorter than me. I am 5"3 and he is like 5"0. I was wondering if he will get like a growth spurt or something so i'm not taller than him. I'm in 7th grade btw.

P.S. Sorry I have been asking too many questions haha.

it is almost a sure thing he will be taller than you, but if you like him it should not matter.

But it depends on how tall his parents are, he might have short genes or tall genes. I had a friend who was 6 inches shorter than me (I'm 5' 5'') and he grew seven inches over the summer. lol it was crazy.

Anyways, it might be hard to tell. You can either wait or ask him out now. Good luck ;)

Who cares about height. .Its not his fault he isnt taller..

Since you are only in 7th grade..Then he might end up being taller than alot of people by the time he hits 18

Well, girls often have their growth spurt at the start of puberty before boys do. So it's likely that you've done most of your growing and he still has some to come.

But it doesn't matter if you are taller than him. My SIL is 5'11 and her husband is 5'8.
