I am overjoyed that Obama is now looking good to win the race to the White House.

however I feel that there will be a number of groups in the good ol USA who will not want to see a Black President.

Hard nosed Republican, White Supremacist's,maybe even the same people that killed JFK, who know's.

Watch your back Obama and I hope you make it, your country sure does need you.

I'm just worried that the great American public isn't ready for a black president and the Republicans will get in again!  Hadn't got as far as worrying about an assination attempt!!  Course if it was a failed attempt it could help him.

If Barack does not continue to veto all protests against Israel then he'll be gone (IMHO).

Indeed the first time he is called upon to decide as regards using the veto will afford us the opportunity to see the real measure of the man.

I don't think that it's going to be just some Americans who wont want to see a black president; I think one or two countries wont give him any respect purely because he's black.  Before some person decides I'm being racist, these aren't necessarily my feelings about the man.

Actually, what America needs is a president who knows what's going on in the world and doesn't think that the word 'diplomacy' should be practiced at gunpoint.

Also one who will tell Israel that one Israeli life does not equal two hundred dead palestinians.

And that even if you don't like the results of an election that was generally regarded as 'free and fair', you don't ignore the people who were elected.  (ie Hamas) just because you don't like them.
