  1. Yes hot tea does stain your teeth.  Drinking it with milk makes it a little better, because it is lighter.  However it does still stain the teeth.  So does wine, mustard, coffee, cokes, and even ice tea.  Drinking Ice tea and coke through a straw help cut down staining as well.

  2. If it's black tea, it has a lot of pigment (just like coffee) and drinking it a lot may cause some staining.  Try brushing after your tea (if you do it before) and that should help.  I drink TONS of tea and don't notice much staining.

  3. The only thing that will make your teeth yellow is not brushing them and not having them cleaned on a regular basis.

  4. too much coffee added with iregular brushing causes yellow teeth..try whitening toothpastes

  5. Tea will stain the back of your teeth if you do not brush daily.  Even iced tea, sodas, etc.

Yellow teeth are more from not proper hygeniene.
