  1. I don't suggest feeding mealworms or giant mealworms for that matter to any reptile and the chitin in their shell is very hard to digest and can sometimes damage the inner walls of the reptiles stomach if fed constantly. Ive heard terrible stories where mealworms have actually survived getting eaten and have chew their way out of the animal. its really horrible! i suggest feeding only crickets they are a much safer and more common alternative! hope this helps
