Will i be able to get into a university instead of community college if..?

My freshman year, i made horrible grades but now I'm in 1th grade and I'm doing good so far and I'm going to keep it up, if i get good grades then apply for all pre-ap classes next year, will my gpa rise up and can i go to university?

yes, as long as u have a certain gpa that is require for the university ure planning to attend.  also, check to see if anything else will help u get into the college u chose(extra curriculum, activities, or test scores on sat, act ect.)
