Will i be able to grow anymore?

Question

I'm 12 years old. 13 in September, and i'm currently 164cm tall. I got my period in the summer before going to 6th grade, so i was 10. My mom is 160cm, and my dad is 178cm tall.. Do you think i'll be able to grow anymore? I grew about 1 cm this summer.. How tall can i grow up to? And what if i drank 1L of milk everyday..? xD Sorry i'm crazy. Estimates are really helpful.

you probably will grow some more but since ur parents arent that much taller than u r, you'll probably end up around their hieght

and drinking milk before you got to sleep is important. it helpes your bones. and people grow when they sleep. so you need to sleep before 10 :00 at night, becaue this is the time when you grow, and have at least 8 hours of sleep.

make sure you are taking enough vitamins (vitamin D and Calcium) i know that these too are important for growth.

i know all about growing and i know that swimming helps you grow taller.
