Will i be able to join the marines with a GED? i scored a 62 on the ASVAB?

i want to join the marines very bad.. i have never been so determined to do something in my life.

i took my ASVAB yesterday and got a 62.

i enrolled in school to finish high school but it will take a long time.

i want to know if i will be able to join with a GED.

i would go army but i want to be the best.

Marines take almost zero GED holders each year.  just finish High school..it will be quicker.

No more than 5 percent of marines can be GED holders so finish high school. You'll be happier. If you want to drop high school and go military, you've got a better chance with the army with a GED.

Yes, if you have a GED you can join. My sister is joining the Marines. I tried to talk her into going Navy or Air Force, but she still thinks the Marines will let her "kill the enemy"
