Will i be able to lose 7lbs if i do this?

I weigh 8 stone and 7 pounds. I used to be 8 stone before i went on holiday and consequently gained half a stone. I want to get back to my goal, 8 stone weight, so my aim is to lose 7 pounds. I've kind of devised a diet plan and exercise routine and i just wanted to know if you think it will work.......

My diet is=

Breakfast= 2 weetabixes with skimmed milk, 1 kiwi and 1 pear

Lunch= 1 brown bread sandwhich, filling= tuna and salad,/low fat cottage cheese.

Dinner= Salmon fillet, with carrots broccoli and a sweet potato.

For my exercise routine, i am going to do 30 mins cardio 4 times a week, followed by a tone-up workout e.g weights, squats, sit-ups, press-ups, and so on.

Will i be able to lose 7lbs doing this? and how long will it take? also, i'm scared my metabolism may slow down as it's quite high at the moment, is there a large risk it will?

  1. i  lost 8lb in 1 week my doin 30mins cardio everyday before breakfast.

    breakfast would be 2 slices of linseed & soya bread with 1tlbs peanut butter

    lunch would be cereal i.e 2x weetabix, branflakes 1 cup with semi skimmed milk and sliced banana

    dinner salmon with lots of veg, breast chicken wth veg, noodles

    it wrked wonders 4 me which is great cos loosing weight is hard for me also ive just started taking lipobind and found it 2 b amazing hope this helps good luck


  2. Thats not the best plan I would advise you to have, though the exercise routine is very good. Go here: http://lifestylehelp.blogspot.com and they can make you a personal food guide/plan to lose weight.

  3. well ur not eating alot there so it might slow it down, id say eat what u usually eat just exercise more

  5. my advice is watch that sweet potato! and the tuna, make sure its made with lite mayo same with salad lite dressing.

  6. Your diet plan will work and if you up the exercise you could do it in a month or two.
