I weigh 8 stone and 7 pounds. I used to be 8 stone before i went on holiday and consequently gained half a stone. I want to get back to my goal, 8 stone weight, so my aim is to lose 7 pounds. I've kind of devised a diet plan and exercise routine and i just wanted to know if you think it will work.......
My diet is=
Breakfast= 2 weetabixes with skimmed milk, 1 kiwi and 1 pear
Lunch= 1 brown bread sandwhich, filling= tuna and salad,/low fat cottage cheese.
Dinner= Salmon fillet, with carrots broccoli and a sweet potato.
For my exercise routine, i am going to do 30 mins cardio 4 times a week, followed by a tone-up workout e.g weights, squats, sit-ups, press-ups, and so on.
Will i be able to lose 7lbs doing this? and how long will it take? also, i'm scared my metabolism may slow down as it's quite high at the moment, is there a large risk it will?
