Yes..but it'll cost u..call ur phone service company and ask..cuz there's usually a fee and it could be alot!..cuz i'm chinese and I travel back and forth a lot..so just call cuz i mean i didn't know b4 and i had to pay the fine/fee of like 100 dollars!
