No, only in Canada, northern Greenland, Svalbard, the Barents Sea, Russia, Mongolia and China. Possibly Northern Main and Northern Alaska. From the whole of the British Isles observers will see a partial solar eclipse, with between 1/10th and 1/3rd of the Sun obscured by the Moon.
