  1. no not if you are both verizon

  2. no. all verizon customers are 'IN'. you can call any other verizon cell phone for free, unless of course, you are calling from another country. I went to the Dominican, and never answered my phone calls because even though my plan is in PA, international roaming only includes txt messages for free. but IL to PA will NOT be charged

  3. As long as you both have a Verizon cell phone you will not be charged anything. It's referred to as Verizon's Cell to Cell. They do not charge you to call another Verizon Cell phone anywhere in the world.

As for any other carrier they will charge you per minute.

After 9:01pm -6:59 am calls are airtime free. Weekends it starts at 9:01pm Friday to 6:59am Monday morning.

So your in the clear as long as you both have verizon.

    Chris

  4. No you wouldn't get charged because you are talking through mobile to mobile.  You might get charged on the long distance calling, but if you have that included in your plan, then you're set and good to go.
