My girlfriend will be flying to canada in about a month and her return ticket is for 10 months after. i am quite concerned that she will be denied entry because of her visit period.

She is singaporean and they have a 6 months visa period on entry.

what are my options?

should i change the return ticket to only 1 month? what if they only give her a 1 month visa because she says she wants to stay only for a month?

Any answer is appreciated.

Thanks

  1. she can only stay or 6 months no longer and yes they may deny her entry because of the return date on her ticket

  2. Your return tickets to to be for 6 monts after your arrival date...not one day later...that's all there is to it.
