Will i be ready for my season of cross country?

I have been running a few times but i also did a summer soccerleague and went to practice almost everyday will i be in shape for my seasonin time?

  1. i dunno cross country is a pretty hard sport if you wann abe good at it, and trust me the things in soccer arnt going to be as hard as cross country practice but if you run almsot everyday a week you'll be good, also try running with a friend It help 10x more.  

    But good luck on your cross season.

  3. You probably won't be in the best shape that you could be in, but since you went to soccer and ran a few times on your own, you should be fine.

    But remember, it doesn't matter how fast you are at the begining of the season, it matters most during the end, when all the championships are.
