Will i be safe riding out Hurricane Gustav in my home with my kids?

I live near Dayton, Ohio. Will it flood here?

  1. You're not in any direct danger from Gustav unles you live along the Gulf coast along the Florida Panhandle, southern Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana and Texas. The only way this storm would effect you is if the low pressure system rotated your way and brought rain with it.  


  2. I went through a no 5 hurricane once, would not recommend it to anyone.

  3. Gustav has alreadly killed people, and more may die when the storm makes landfall in the USA.  Even if we are so fantastically lucky that no more die thousands of people will lose their homes (wherever it goes ashore).
