Will i build muscle and strength like this? need an answer?

im am trying to put on muscle and strength without putting on fat. i eat 6 meals a day, 4 regular, 2 workout, 1st pre and 2nd post. for my 4 regular meals i eat no more than 10g carbs and plenty of fat and protein. for my pre workout shake i have 100-120g carbs and 50g protein and post i have the same except carbs are fast digesting. will this work?

  2. it sounds good but it is pretty hard to put on a lot of muscle without some fat. you also need to make sure you are lifting and doing a good routine.  it probably wouldn't hurt to add some carbs to your morning meals then you last couple could be low like you are doing.  make sure you are getting about 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight.
