Will i fail my math course? =S?

I suck terribly in math this year. getting 51% average how much do i need for the exam? it's worth 15% and i think i'm going to fail it. My teachers very nice though he would pass me even if i get a 45% in his class. will i still pass if i fail it =/ ?
