  1. no an average person needs about 1300 calories a day

  2. No you wont. You need to eat more calories because that's too low.

  3. Seriously, what do you think? I clicked to see if the person was actually kidding or not.

Actually, if you don't eat at least 1200 calories, your body will go into starvation mode very soon, meaning your metabolism will become very slow--halting any stupid, ridiculous, naive weight loss plan you were hoping for.

  4. Technically, no.  However, when you consume below 1,200 calories and eat normally again you will gain the weight back.

Your body is in starvation mode, meaning, it will slow down your metabolism to preserve fat storages, thinking there is lack of food.

Once you go back to eating normally your slowed down metabolism will cause you to gain back weight quickly.  If you don't switch back there will be major health consequences.

    Best of luck!

  5. No! You will most likely lose.

  6. No you will lose. You need to check out your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) There should be some free BMR calculators on the web. Your BMR is the number of calories your body burns on its own each day (to breathe, function, etc.) So this is if you were laying in bed all day even. I'm quite certain that alone is burning more then 735 calories.

Try getting at least 1,200 calories a day in your diet so that your body doesnt go into starvation mode. It sucks to be weak, sick and tired.

    Good luck.

  7. Nah, you're good. Just do some exercise if you feel guilty about it.

Email me if you want to...I'm anorexic, so I know where you're coming from.

  8. The average person DOES NOT eat about 1,300 calories a day. More like 1,600. Eat AT LEAST 1,400.
