Will i get a new Wii?

I bought a Wii and one year warranty from bestbuy about a week ago and the dvd drive broke, i opened it up and tried to fix it myself but had no success. Do you think they will replace it if i bring it there today, even though i opened it?

if u just call and bug customer service they should get u a new one

They should do. It's under warranty for a year

They probably won't if you tell them you tried to fix it yourself, or if they noticed its been opened up.  In the future never open up a console and try to fix it, doing that will void all warranties.
