The rebate is for individuals who paid in and will receive a portion of the money they paid in.  Some leeches will get some because of this country's redistribution system, but if you did not pay any taxes in, why the h**l do I have to give you some of mine?  Get a real job and quit whining about freeloading especially since you obviously own a d**n computer.  Poor my rear end.
