Will i get a ticket?

Hey i have a 49cc and 110cc pocket bike and ride it on the road can i get a ticket from the police. And what if i just ride it to cross one road and catch me will i get a ticket

even if you are just riding it across the street it still needs registration.

Correct, riding a motor bike on the road is a way to receive a hefty ticket from the cops, if you still ride at least were a helmet and try to keep it of local/public roads to keep safe.
