Will i get caught, if i have fireworks from Pahrump in CA?

Hi, ive been reading about the stores in pahrump andhow peopel get caught a lot. If i buy $300 dollars worth of fireworks there, what are the chances of me getting caught going all the way back to hayward? How can i avoid getting caught?(besides not going)

Give a call to the customs agency. If it is not legal, don't do it and you won't get caught. And please, don't ask people to give you tricks on how to smuggle stuff across the borders here. Good luck and have fun with your fireworks!
