  1. fair complexion = sunburn, not tan lol

  2. Best precautions - if you don't wanna be dark you should drink a glass of water before you go outside in sun n after coming back you should splash your face properly.

  3. I guess it is safe to swim during the morning, but at

10:00 - 4:00 you must be away from the sun exposing to your skin, but if you need to go out for any reason, wear sunscreen. Therefore, you won't get dark at all.

  4. forget abt the sun, chlorine in present in water cud do much harm.

    better use some lotion b4

  5. One gets tan because of the chlorine water & the sun adds to the tan , if you swim in mornings then you will get a tan but not to that extent. also use a waterproof sunblock with  SPF-50

    Enjoy your swimming!!!

  6. The sun is barely up at that hour which means your risk of getting a tan is extremely low.  If you are concerned, put sunscreen on about 15 minutes before you go outside and are exposed to the sun.  Between 6 and 7 in the morning, you have little to worry about.

  7. no the UV rays are out at 12PM to 3 PM that is the best time to tan get something with a tan accelerator and an SPF otherwise u will burn

  8. no the sun wont tan u then.

i teach swimming lessons from 9-1 everday and I am very brown.

use sunscreen though because you will still tan with it on.
