Will i get my money back? The bank of america ATM took my 20 dollars! how do i go about getting a refund?

i got a recipt, but it only processed 5 dollars out of my 25 i put into the atm and then it said continue with only 5 bucks and i insterted 25 and i tried to cancel but it said unable to cancel transaction.

Call the number on the back of your ATM card. Going into the banking center will just waste your time. When you call you will file a dispute and for BofA, 20 bucks is nothing and you should get refunded quickly!

You should of received some sort of printed receipt for your transaction.  There should be a contact number for the ATM.  If you don't have a receipt, then contact the branch you went to and they should be able to direct you on where you need to call.  There is usually a number on the machine also.

You have to contact the branch where the ATM is and give them the date, time, etc. of when you were there.  They should be able to look it up and refund you
