Will i get my money back?

i ordered a pair of ugg botts off www.uggfootwear-direct.com. after weeks of not recieveing the boots i contacted the seller on both email addresses that i was given. i have recently found people on the internet in the same circumstance as me with the same company. i was just wondering has anyone got thier money back?

i'm going through paypal at the mo and they are trying to help me get the money back but i don't know if they will be able to.

can anyone help?

paypal are good with these things your in safe hands with them

The only people who can help at the moment is PayPal, let them do there bit first.  If thet does not work then try CAB
