  1. Yes you can get your money back. Just read the agreement (those pages back of the business application) to get instructions on how to get a refund.

But one thing I would like to correct you is that Primerica isn't a scam. Primerica been in business since 1977 and have over 100,000 licensed representatives. Over 25,000 of them are securities licensed. They have over 6 million clients in US, Canada, Puerto Rico, and Spain. Clients have invested nearly $40 billion through Primerica. Primerica is also a member of Citigroup, the world's largest financial service company that has over $2.2 trillion in assets.

A company that is a scam wouldn't have so many representatives or millions of clients or be backed up by a huge financial company or even last 30+ years. People working in a scam company wouldn't go to the police department to get their fingerprints done. In fact, none of them would be able to get their licenses because the financial licenses are issued by the state or federal government.

Anyway, I wish you good luck in whatever you decide to do. Since you are deciding to quit, you should at least get a financial needs analysis done. If you remember from the opportunity meeting, the FNA is free, customized, and confidential.
