The personal TV is an option with the airline operator depending on whether they are willing to spend the money on In-Flight Entertainment System. Airlines which uses that old model, i.e. A310, usually would not install Individual TV Screens on the back of each seat.

There will be inflight entertainment but you may not get a personal television. It depends on the year the aircraft was made and what modifications the airline ordered. Some of those things have been flying since 78 or 79 and may have the larger cabin screens. Check with your airline and they may be able to give you more information.
