Will i get tan........?

i live in michigan and if i lay out between 1:45-4 how tan will i get??

I live in Texas, and went outside between 11-12 and layed on the deck for less than 30 minutes and got sunburned, but the next day I was tan....

But then again, here ni Texas, you can get a tan by goin out to check the mail.

why don't you just embrace your natural beauty.

if you really have to go through it, then, first try to used sun tan lotion with spf 45, used it every hour

like now a days, where the earth is getting older, you are prone to skin cancer...

and if you are under the sun, please do not forget to take Gatorade or its equivalents

when you are sweating, its not only water that you loose but electrolytes, Na+, K+, Cl+, they are needed to keep your body in good condition

Electrolytes are also important in muscle contraction and proper function of the brain.
