NO! If you feel bad about it and pray to God, he will forgive you. Although it wouldn't hurt to attend church on Saturday.

You can pretty much go to h**l for doing anything but church on Sunday.  In the Bible God tells people to stone a man to death for collecting fire wood to heat his home on Sunday.  (Numbers 15:32-36)

But the Bible hasn't got much of a problem with gambling, despite what some Christians (who probably haven't read the Bible) will tell you.  In fact God is always asking for things to be decided by 'drawing lot' which is basically a primitive raffle, or game of chance:

Numbers 26:52-56
