Will i have a problem entering lanzarote with no return ticket??

Question

I'm going to lanzarote this thursday to visit my dad i havn't got a return ticket as he only had enough for a one way ticket at the time and said he'd buy me a return ticket before i go back i'm only planning on staying about 10days, will this be a problem at lanzarote airport not having a return ticket??

Hey man, you are a citizen of the European Union, and have the right of unhindered travel and freedom of work within the union.

Only rubbish "superpowers" like USA and Russia worry about whether you have a return ticket.

Enjoy your stay - nobody will ask about your ticket.
