Will i have to have an interview if i send my passoport aplication off by Check and Send Service?

If you've ever had a UK passport in your own name (even a child passport) then you won't have to go for an interview.

If, however, this is your first UK passport (or you've only had your name added to a parent's passport, which used to be permitted), then you'll be called for an interview.

The Check & Send service just ensures that you've filled in the application correctly (it's checked over by a Post Office clerk) so your application isn't delayed while you add or amend information.
