Will i have to take a helix orbital piercing out to play tennis??

i had to take my nose ring out for my job so thats no longer an issue but i have a orbital helix/helix orbital in my right ear and idk if i would want to take it out because i really like it any chance i could keep it in to play jv girls tennis?? im asking because im a total newb to tennis ive never played before except in gym class lol

  1. its not as safe...just in case anything happens

    btw...i play with 2 industrial piercings, 2 higher helix ans 3 earlobe piercing on either side...and nothing happened to me yet, and there is no risk as far as my coach and doctor goes..


  2. I would say it would be safer, yes. I know professionals like Maria Sharapova and Venus Williams all play with big earrings, but my coach would always advise her players to remove all unnecessary jewellery, and will only allow studs. But if you absolutely cannot take it out, if you're careful it might not 'cause much of a problem. For most sports, jewellery is not recommended.
