Do you earn at least $17,500 a year?  If not, are your parents willing to financially sponsor him?  If you don't earn enough you can bring him.

Have you met him in person?  You can't bring him if you haven't met in person.

If you can prove the relationship is genuine and you can support him on your own income, than you should have no problem. Just need to file all the right paperwork. You don't have to meet in person, but it helps. You at least need copies of correspondance.
