Will i jump way higher once i start working out alot higher in highschool

im 14 going to highschool my birthday is november 24 and i think i have a 26 or 27 inch vertical well i can hang on a ten foot rim and im only 5,11 i cant dunk yet but im close do you think once i get in highshool that i will jump alot better and im ditermined to work really hard only on my vertical tell me how much you gained to your vertical from middle school to highschool

  1. I added a foot to my vertical from 7th to 8th grade and another 8 inches when I was a sophomore. If you do the right training, you should make gains because you're still young and should grow some more. Your first priority should be squats, with power lifts and plyometric drills coming after you have a good strength base.     wall sits

    regular jumping

    net touches

    squats/hands on head

    '', hands in front

    squats holding a weight plate

    squats with bar behind head

    ankle weights with jump rope

    tip toe raises

    power rebounds

    palms on ceiling

    i found most of this online
