Will i learn arabic in dubai?

im planning on studying abroad in dubai and im planning on going to American University of Dubai. I really want to learn to speak fluent arabic and I want to know if it is a good idea to go to Dubai or somewhere else because in Dubai English is widely spoken. Even though Arabic is widely spoken as well is it a good place to go to learn arabic?

I can teach arabic in freely that what i know.. But can u able me fluency in spoken english.. same as free.... (I know, writing, reading, speaking, and understanding what they told in english averagely.. I want fluency in english... contact [e-mail]
