  1. Man b***s are a normal part of puberty.  It is normal for the nipples to swell and become very sensitive.  They will look a little swollen for a while.  As your develope the adult chest and torso the swelling will go away and not be noticable.  You will loose the man b***s at the end of puberty or a little sooner.

  2. yeah, i think you just have puppy fat, give it a few years and the fat will gradually disappear

  3. you should

  4. well it depends if you were a little on the large side before puberty exercise should help reduce the size but if they started to grow after you started puberty you might have a disorder called gynecomastia, its a common disorder afflicting 1 in every 25 men.  and hormones used on animals have absolutely no effect on the human body

  5. keep on working out im 15. 5 8    and 130 and i dont got any. it may be muscle

  6. Yes do Push ups, start out at like ten a night and then at thirteen Start doing 20 a night and every year go up ten,,,  It will go away naturally and you will feel real good...  I promise...

  7. wow you're so tall for a 12 year old and not heavy at all.. weird about the man b***s but just wear looser clothes for now and give it time, it should go away. :)

  8. Perhaps, if your Body Fat drops, and you gain more muscle density as you mature.

You also shouldnt concentrate, hard on lifting wieghts at your age. It will stunt your growth. Worry more about staying in shape, being able to do as many pushups as you can, and getting outside and exercising.

Can you run a mile, I bet you can run it faster.

  9. "man b***s" called gynecomastia in medical terms, does not just go away.  You may grow taller, you may put on considerable lean muscle mass, but gynecomastia means you have breast tissue....it isn't just fat, and it doesn't just go away.

You do need to wait until you are out of your pubescent years before you see a surgeon however, or they tend to just come back.

  10. You will loose that baby fat,

And you will grow taller:you are just 12.

    Planets.

  11. no ur destined to be a woman

  12. No one can tell you much about your b***s except your doctor. Without anyone seeing what they look like none of us knows what they consist of i.e. fat, muscle etc.

When you enter full-fledged puberty, you may go through a stage where your breast are a bit prominent and tender...this occurs in 50 percent of adolescent  males and ,in most cases, goes away after several years. The longer your body is under the influence of the testosterone surge of puberty, the more muscle you will develop and the less fat you will have in proportion to muscle...a guy thing.

Don't obsess about doing exercises for this area until you are quite a but older

If you want to be sure what you have on your chest, see the doctor

  13. You might lose them at the end, maybe sooner. Don't worry. You're not fat, so maybe those moobs you're talking about are relaxed muscle. If they're just teeny tiny, then all you need to do is where baggy shirts for a while or just ignore them. They may never go away, but don't put extra stress on yourself thinking about it.

Or you can become a transvestite. =)> I'm kidding.

  14. sounds like two things: you might have trouble loosing weight or you might have this condition called gynoclomastia this is where the hormones we consume in our food, (meat and milk mostly) cause womanised b*****s in men.there is plastic surgery for that condition so you can just see a docter about it.

if youre having trouble with your weight now, youre probably always going to have trouble with your weight, so the best thing is to adopt yourself a healthy lifestyle with lots of sport and excersise
