I know its too early now to feel them but sometimes when the baby swims in there i think it causes me a little discomfort. i dont always feel it but i do always feel it right after the doppler when the baby is moving away.

Do the stretching pains you feel in the beginning and the moving the baby does feel similar? I dont wanna miss out!

  1. nope..they feel completely different. Stretching pains hurt, moving baby feels like gas bubbles moving through your digestive system.

  2. Believe me when you feel your baby move for the first time you'll know it!

its an amazing beautiful moment and it will stand out from all the other aches and stretching..

    Good luck x*x

  3. You'll definately know it when your baby kicks and its something you'll never forget.

  4. no its very different, you will know the difference when you begin feeling the kicks properly. i thought i was getting them confused with other things but im now feeling strong kicks so i know all along they were and can now tell. kicks shouldnt cause pain anyway, although i havent finished my pregnancy yet to be sure.

  5. You will know when he/she moves because it's like nothing you have felt before. Some people say you can mistake gas and digestive movements for the baby but I knew which one was my baby. Mother's instincts I guess.

  6. round ligament pain and the baby moving feel nothing alike. to me round ligament pain feels like if you eat a meal and then run a short distance and you have a pain in your side. i'm 35 weeks and have yet to experience a painful movement from the baby. some of them feel weird, like a fish is flopping around in my belly but never painful.
