Will i pass on muscular dystrophy to my child?

I m my self suffering from muscular dystrophy i.e.

-dysferlinopathy. but there has not been any case of muscular dystrophy in our family histroy (on both sides of my parents). I want to know whether I would pass on muscular dystrophy to my child. I m a female of 30 year old. I even dont know if i can concieve. and for this i m just postponing my marriage prospects. i dont know much on genes. i tryed doing research but got no where please help me if you know the answer

my gf has muscular dystrophy......she has 2 kids, so far they are fine.  i guess the good thing to do would be to talk to a dr about it.
