Will i recive extra 300$ for taxes i've paid in 2007, if i'm not from USA?

Ok i'm not from USA and I apply for tax refound thru TAXBACK.com, one of my friend recive extra 300$ for 2007 taxes, so know i want to know if everybody will get it (300$) or not. i'm afraid that this company can take this money with out telling me that i recive them with taxrefund. Thank you.

Did you have an SSN?

Did you file a 1040?

Did you make $8750 or more?

Did you claim your own exemption?

If you can answer yes to all of the above questions, you may have been eligible.

If you have an ITIN, filed a 1040NR or 1040NR-EZ (as I believe you did) or made too little money, you are not eligible.
