Will i stay connected if i am far away from the people i connect to?

Im getting the laptop at christmas but I have a computer at the moment. But when i get the laptop i will want to take it on holiday and to my mate's house but staying connected.

if you have a Wife then you can use it. I don't know if it is already available in your area, a Plug It modem that will allow you to access the internet using the cellular phone signal.
