I've had a membership at a gym for 5 years...i am seriously thinking bout not renewing anymore though but i am scared to gain weight or lose muscle! I live in a city that has very cold winters which is one of the reasons i dont want to renew,,,,i dont drive..i bike ride..so it's impossible for me to go on my bike with 0-30 degrees weather that we get for atleast 4 months... I bought a treadmill i have a stationary bike, a core ball, jump rope, ab roller, free weights and a bunch of aerobic dvd's. Do u think that that will be enough to stay fit? will i still be pretty much toned? I just dont wanna lose what i worked so hard for.

  1. Yup!!!!!!! always focus on your routine even at home and be well motivated to grab a goal of being physically fit. MOTIVATION IS THE KEY OF YOUR QUESTION.

  2. well if you use them regularly you most likely wont lose what you "worked so hard for"

  3. I don't have a gym member ship and I'v lost over 30lbs

You save lots of money by staying home and working out

  4. u will be able to stay fit and keep muscle at home but it might be harder to stay motivated, try to get a training partner to help, also try to get at least 1 to 1 1/2 times your body weight in protein.

  5. You got a gym in your house! So what for you go and pay just to have use the same equipments at home....I do my Pilates Crunch using just a few weights at home and i do it everyday in any given time...I don't have to cut off some of my time just to spend my time going back and thru to the gym...

Yes! you still can make it work and tone your mucles at home... use the right Cd.
