Will i still get a new sticker if i registered my car as non-operated?

1. Will i still get a new sticker for the year?

2. I still have 2 unpaid violations that around up to $200.. but it seems like if i register for PNO, i only have to pay $17. will i still have to pay the tickets to get the sticker?

no you will get a number for the back of your window. but if you put the car in someone Elsename for a few months then you ddon'thave to pay for the violations. after the few mounts then you can change it back to your name.
