im 5'7 im 16 years old. and 2 tell you the truth i dont drink alot of milk butt im on a diet now and im gonna start jump rope and drinking 2 glasses of milk and alot of water will i still grow and please give me sum tips

You can still grow. Don't think about it to much or else you wont see yourself grow.

youll grow until youre about 20 years old.youre pretty tall for your age, so dont worry. maybe try asking your doctor or ask for tips online :)
