Most likely no.

FHA normally requires that any collections or judgments be paid before approving a loan.

More than likely no.  It is hard to get any type of loan, even FHA, with an active collection.  If the account has been paid, since it happened recently, it would still be difficult to obtain financing because your credit score will have taken a huge hit, especially since it went to collections.
