  1. Of course you need sunblock.  The UV rays that cause skin cancer are not blocked by the sun.

  2. You will absolutely tan and depending on your complexion, you may also burn.  UV rays from the sun can penetrate clouds and still cause burns so make sure you use your sun screen.  A lot of people get sun burnt with that thinking.

  3. Yes and you will also burn so use the the sunblock. The sunlight gets reflected off the clouds. Even on a cloudy day if it is hot the UV index will be high.

  4. It depends on your skin color, but if you're outside with clouds it can still definantly happen. It happens to me all the time. Dont put any sunscreen on yet until you start feeling a little buruning, you might not even need it.

  5. That is a high uv index, you'll tan and probably burn if you don't be careful.

    Enjoy the pool :)

  6. i never think its pointless to go swimming, but i doubt you will get a huge tan maybe a little and as far as sunblock, maybe on your face

  7. Yes, if there is UV around, you will tan.

Though why does anybody want to, when sunlight (even with sunblock) speeds up skin ageing; now that is the really interesting question.

  8. u will still get a tan almost as good of 1 as if it is sunny

u get the most sunburnt with clouds in the sky so make sure to wear sunscreen maybe 15-45 SPF

    hope i helped
