NO,  INDIA   is  a mature  country,  unlike  pakistan  or  srilanka.  It  has  got  its  own  ministry  with  learned  officials  and  an  external  affairs  minister  and  a  great  statesman is  the  prime minister  and  council  of  minsters  called  cabinet  to  advise. Apart  from  that  there  is  parliament  with  two  wings  lok sabha and  rajyasabha.  Nobody  can  INDIA  FOR  A  RIDE.  It  is  true  that  due  procedural  matters  there  may  be  delay  here  and  there  and  decisions  making  involves  time  and  there  may  be  delay  in  GOVERNMENT  ACTIONS.  But,  it  is  slow  and  steady  that  wins  the  RACE.   INDIA  WILL  NOT  ALLOW  NOT  ONLY  U. S.  or  anyother  country  to  make  its  own  pawn.  example   INDIA  HAS  RELEASED   90000  POWS  IN  1971  WAR  AND  (UNLIKE  MANY  COUNTRIES)  DID NOT  OCCUPY  WAR WON  AREAS.
