Will it affect to take a employment visa?

I have visited Dubai once in a Visit visa and got a job there and came back to India. Now the employer is ready to provide me an two year employment Visa. I am a physically challanged person but It did not affect my carrier until now (Polio attack on right leg - registered as 40% disability in Government records). Will it affect to obtain an employment visa? Should I do any formalities for the Immigration? It would be fine if I know my status before I go there... please...

were you physically challenged on the first job in Dubai?what you need to check is the law about disability in India , and see if you would still be allowed to work and if so? how much you would be able to earn without loosing your disability?

Dear Brother

Allready you visited there  and you got the visa from your employer for two years. Dont explain any thing in immigration or dont affraid just go to Airport with your passport with boldness.  Thats all  they can stamp you visa.

your physical disabilty does not affect your employment visa. Once your employer has found u suitable thats the end of story. visa will be given for u.
