Will it be hard to score drinks at the iberostar paraiso hotel & resort in mexico if i'm 16?

i'm about to go with the family and my girlfriend....(i don't want to be miserable there)

i had previously been there about 2 yrs ago and they gave certain color wristbands to anyone who was over 15 yrs old, showing that they are able to drink....

what's the deal at this place and would it be easy for me to score some drinks there?

If the resort is all inclusive that may happen again.  But just leave the resort and buy some beer or booze at a corner store and pore it into a plastic cup.
